Since 1970

Artist, father, activist, educator, small business owner and arborist, Jeremy McConnell has done it all. His work has been exhibited in and around Kansas City for over 30 years.

Graduated from the Kansas City Art Institute in 1994, McConnell has worked with the following organizations;

Founded FLAVORPAK an artist / music collective in the 1990’s that had live music & art events as well as publishing their own ‘zine”.

HIP HOP ACADEMY (KCMO): 2005-2010 Co Founded Hip Hop Artist collective that taught the 5 elements of Hip Hop Culture through Artist run educational programs in the community & Live events.

BEWARE ALL STYLEBITER’S CREW: Co Founded an Artist Collective that had a variety of Art Shows and collaborative events in and around the Kansas City metro area from 2004 - 2016.

McConnell’s artwork explores issues of social justice, race and class through humor and style, exploring many mediums from traditional printmaking to street art; and is signified by his signature style characters and unique bold line work that is direct and classic.
